Ambika holds itself to symmetrical penalties — we pay delay penalties at least twice the industry standard. The same obligations apply to both parties, ensuring genuine accountability.

What is the Construction-Linked Payment plan?
With our CLP plan, only 55% of the total price is demanded until project completion. You pay as construction progresses — reducing your financial risk significantly compared to industry norms.

Are the projects RERA registered?
